Once a Dragon, Always a Dragon!

The HIS Alumni Association (HISAA)

Welcome! The Hangzhou International School Alumni Association (HISAA) allows you to connect with old classmates, faculty, and friends of the HIS community.

Graduates of HIS (who attended the school for at least one year) and current and former HIS faculty members all belong to our alumni, all of whom share a special connection with this school and the unique experience of living in Hangzhou.

The alumni body is continuing to grow in ever-increasing numbers, with more and more ‘new graduates’ joining in. Our biggest challenge remains staying in touch – especially with our Dragons all around the world. As we continue to develop HISAA, we invite all alumni to join us on this exciting journey of connection, growth, and collaboration.

We also encourage you to share any updates or news from your own life with us. Whether it's a career milestone, personal achievement, or simply a life update, we would love to hear from you and celebrate your successes together with the HIS community!

GoooOOO Gold Dragons!!!

Dragon Connects - HIS Alumni Newsletter

We are very pleased to be launching our first ever Alumni newsletter, to reconnect all ‘Gold Dragons’ no matter where you are now. In our newsletters, you'll find exciting updates about what our alumni have been up to, alumni visits to campus, and interviews with alumni that may be familiar to many of you. If you have recently changed your email, or have not received the newsletter, please feel free to reach out to us anytime at: alumni@hisdragons.org.cn

HISAA Events

On December 12, HISAA hosted its first event – "HIS Alumni Association Reflection: An Alumni Q&A." This enlightening 60-minute session, led by Upper School Principal Fursey Gotuaco, was tailored for Grade 10-12 students and parents. The event featured four distinguished alumni who generously shared insights into their personal journeys and how their time at HIS prepared them for success.
