NOTICE BOARD

Renewed Expectations

On Monday, Coach Meg spoke honestly with the Team about expectations. Each swimmer is held to a high standard of behaviour in sessions, changing rooms, and competitions. Respect for one another is essential to collaborate as a team and support friends.
The Yellow Team has a strict No Bullying policy. Any breach of this will result in immediate expulsion from the Team.

New Training Phase

Following Chinese New Year, the Team will enter a new phase of training designed to increase overall conditioning and stamina. Sessions will now emphasize:
  • Higher intensity sets with reduced recovery time
  • Sustained effort over longer distances
  • Faster swimming speeds maintained for more repetitions
This phase is less about fine-tuning technique and more about building the physical capacity to handle tougher racing demands. In simple terms: the sets are harder, the rest is shorter, and the expectation is that swimmers push themselves to keep pace.
With the pool temperature rising for ECE curriculum lessons, hydration is essential — water bottles must be brought to every session.

Swimmer of the Month

Congratulations to Talia Yun, our Swimmer of the Month!
